Newmech Services were contracted to design and engineer a packaging solution for an offshore pump application, the centrifugal pump coupled to a Cummins 600 HP engine would be operating in a safe area location. The client required access to the equipment for maintenance purposes so stainless steel removable panels  were included in the skid design, the operating criteria required a pneumatic control system for safe operation, Newmech Services modified the donor engine from electrical to mechanical  control and installed additional safety shut systems to complete the package.
